1.
Reservations can only be made during weekends, public holidays or on weekdays from 7pm to 12am (to ensure the shuttle service is not interrupted)
2.
To enclose a letter of project approval issued by HEPA with application
3.
Number of passengers should not exceed the bus capacity
4.
Payment by cash is to be made in full at the Office of Treasurer at least 4 days prior to using the bus service. A copy of the receipt should be submitted to the HEPA Transportation Unit. If payment is charged to a departmental account, use the HEP 225/90 form which has been approved by the head of the department. Submit the completed form to HEPA.
5.
Reservations should be made at least two weeks before using the bus service

HEPA may cancel any reservations which has been approved
7.
A complete information on reservations must be provided
8.
Reservations are limited to students and UM staff only
9.
Changes on destinations are not allowed. The Transportation Unit has the right to reject any last minute change of destinations (if request is made on the departure day).
10.
It is compulsory for applicants to purchase a group life insurance for their passengers
11.
Any toll and parking fees incurred during the use of the bus are to be borne by the applicant
12.
An additional 30% of the actual total cost or amount agreed by the HEPA officer shall be imposed for any cancellation done 3 days or less before the departure date.
